Although we do not use 23Q extensively, we are satisfied with its performance. The machine works well with various fixtures thanks to its error-proofing (poka-yoke) function. The machine's accuracy and repeatability are very good.

Our machines are durable and we have documented a life cycle of easily more than 10 years per machine.
We recommend that the spindle motor and collet chuck should be kept in stock because it takes time to produce.
Although our system supports a 3-5 step depth setting to reduce the stress on the bits, as consumable part, the router bit has to be replaced periodically after it is worn out.
If any problems arise or you have any questions, our german supports includes a german engineer to support you on site.
Replacement of router bit, shake down the dust at dust collector once in a day, grease up the conveyor rail, ball screw.
CCD camera will read the fiducial mark on the PCB board, this function enables customer to see the wrong position of PCB board against the fixture. Therefore it will reduce the error of wrong position of board, QR code is a different function in fact, QR code is for recognizing if the correct product is set on the fixture or not. Like mentioned as above, each dedicated fixture has QR code, and if operator place the product A, the corresponding program A will be selected automatically. It reduces a lot of human error on-site.
