Maintanance

Our machines are durable and we have documented a life cycle of easily more than 10 years per machine.

We recommend that the spindle motor and collet chuck should be kept in stock because it takes time to produce.

Although our system supports a 3-5 step depth setting to reduce the stress on the bits, as consumable part, the router bit has to be replaced periodically after it is worn out.

Replacement of router bit, shake down the dust at dust collector once in a day, grease up the conveyor rail, ball screw.

CCD camera will read the fiducial mark on the PCB board, this function enables customer to see the wrong position of PCB board against the fixture. Therefore it will reduce the error of wrong position of board, QR code is a different function in fact, QR code is for recognizing if the correct product is set on the fixture or not. Like mentioned as above, each dedicated fixture has QR code, and if operator place the product A, the corresponding program A will be selected automatically. It reduces a lot of human error on-site.

There is no limitation of minimum PCB but 30*30mm will be the smallest. In case customer has a really small product, please consult with us.

As the wear and tear parts, only router bit should be replaced periodically.

It depends on the material of PCB, but usually 23S has 5 steps to change the router bit position and each step can be automatically changed. In 1 step, router bit will last for 20-30m, and it has 5 steps thus it will last for 100-150m. As for 23Q, it has 3 steps and it will change manually.

Rigit board can be cut but if the board has metal part or flexible part, these parts might not be able to be cut smoothly. Also if the workpiece is too small, and customer has so many products, the best way is to use universal fixutre. But univesal fixture can't fixate the PCB enough therefore the workpiece might move to the wrong position when it is being cut.
